Keywords

Accelerate

As you play this unit, you may pay an additional cost. If you do, it enters ready.

Action

A permissive keyword that allows a card or ability to be played or activated during Showdowns, even if it's not your turn.

Ambush

This unit may be played to a battlefield where you control units, and has Reaction while being played this way.

Assault

While this unit is an attacker, it has +X Might, where X is the Assault value.

An Activated Ability keyword normally present on Gear with the Equipment tag. Equip has a cost to activate and Attaches the card with Equip to a chosen Unit when the cost is paid.

Exhaust

Exhausting is an action that marks a non-spell Game Object as "spent." Exhausting Runes generates colorless Energy.

Flow

You may play this spell from your trash for its Flow cost, an alternate cost that replaces its base cost. Then banish it.

Ganking

This unit may move to a battlefield from another battlefield.

Hidden

On your turn during an Open State, you may pay one Power of any domain to hide this facedown at a battlefield you control. Beginning on the next turn, this gains Reaction and you may play it, ignoring its base cost.

Power is used to pay colored Rune costs and is generated by Recycling Runes matching specific Domains.

Quick-Draw

A Triggered Ability keyword and Permissive keyword present on Gear with Equip abilities. Cards with Quick-Draw have Reaction inherently and attach to a Unit you control when played.

Reaction

This card or ability may be played or activated during Closed States on any player's turn. It also inherits all permissions from Action.

Recycle

Recycling is the action in which a player takes one or more cards from a specific zone and puts them on the bottom of the corresponding deck.

Repeat

An Optional Additional Cost keyword present on Spells. You may pay the Repeat cost as an additional cost to execute the spell's instructions one additional time.

Rune

A Rune is not a Main Deck card. Runes serve as resource providers for Energy and Power, kept in separate Rune Decks.

Shield

While this unit is a defender, it has +X Might, where X is the Shield value.

Skip

A replacement effect that replaces a named event or turn procedure with nothing; anything that would occur as a result does not happen.
